Parizaad has enslaved drama fans, who are enthralled by the main character and the plot, and it has penetrated every other family.

It has become a very popular drama not just in Pakistan, but also across borders it seems as Indian designer Manish Malhotra used the instrumental version of the OST from Parizaad for his clothing campaign in Nov 2021.

When Will Parizaad Last Episode be screened in cinemas? DATE REVEALED:

The show’s makers understand that there’s nothing like seeing anything on the big screen, three days before it airs on television. The drama will now have a total of 29 episodes instead of 28.

Parizaad fans look like the screenwriters have sensed your sorrow over the drama coming to an end soon because they’ve decided to add another episode to the show, giving you a week’s worth of extra time to bid Parizaad goodbye. Consequently, the dates for the cinema release and the TV airing have been pushed back by a week to Jan 28 and Feb 1 respectively.

Drama Parizaad to get an extra episode, the finale to be screened in cinemas on Jan 28:

“There is an increase in the number of episodes by one; there were supposed to be 28 episodes and now they’re 29. The last episode will be aired on Feb 1 instead of Jan 25 and the cinema release has also been pushed back by a week — it’ll be in cinemas Jan 28, Friday, four days before the TV release on Hum TV,” Nasar Khan, Hum Network’s PR manager, told.

“There is no reason as such [for the change of date]. They just decided to add an extra episode so the dates have been pushed back,”

he explained that the episode that was supposed to be the last is now the second last and the dates have shifted to accommodate the finale.

Parizaad is directed by Shehzad Kashmiri and is based on Hashim Nadeem’s novel. It follows a dark-skinned main character — played by the talented Ahmed Ali Akbar — who has a pure heart and is gifted but is often ignored and treated unfairly by those around him. The play tells an intriguing and unusual storey about Parizaad’s hardships as he navigates life.

The cast includes Nauman Ijaz, Syed Muhammad Ahmed, Urwa Hocane, Saboor Aly, Ushna Shah, Yumna Zaidi, Mashal Khan, Tipu Shah, Kiran Tabeer, Leyla Zuberi, Madiha Rizvi and Malik Hamid Raza.

Fans of the drama and the designer were ecstatic to learn that the serial is not only achieving new heights in Pakistan but is also making its way across the border. Parizaad is one of the few serials that has been praised for its production value, actors, and emphasis on Urdu literature.

The Parizaad house has also recently been put up for sale for Rs600 million. It’s a large and lavish farmhouse located in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. The 6,000 square-yard plot has 14 bedrooms and multiple lounges.

Considering the ever-growing fanbase, it makes sense that the show has decided to air the finale on the big screen as people are already stirred up, trying to get their hands on the tickets to avoid waiting four whole days for the TV release when a spoiler can come at you every which way. The addition of an episode can only result in more glee and we can’t wait to see what ends wait for Parizaad.

Parizaad, Akbar’s persona, was recently featured on a chips packet. Fans adore the stuff, so perhaps Akbar could start selling it as a side business.
