4-year-old girl struck and killed by SUV in Brooklyn:

A 4-year-old girl has died after being hit by an SUV in Brooklyn.

The video shows Luz Gonzales riding a scooter with her mother near Wyckoff Her Avenue and Hart Her Street in Bushwick.

4-year-old death video:

Police said the girl’s shoes got caught in the scooter and fell off.

When her couple returned to retrieve it, police said the 38-year-old woman reversed her SUV from a parking lot near her and ran over her.

The child died at the crime scene.

Her mother was also injured.

Police say the driver left but did not see the couple. No charges will be expected.
