The current study involved women who could be injected. They are not sex workers. Before sexual stimulation, a urinary catheter is inserted and the bladder is emptied. A mixture of indigo carmine (10 ml) and saline (40 ml) was then injected into the bladder. Sexual stimuli were provided to facilitate jetting and were videotaped and verified. Collect secretions in sterile beakers and measure prostate-specific antigen (PSA) and glucose levels.

Five women (2 in their 30s, 2 in their 40s, and 1 in their 50s) participated in the study. All women can squirt; three are squirted with manual sexual stimulation only and two are squirted with penetrative stimulation. In all cases, the fluid dispensed was blue, confirming that the bladder was the source. Four patients had fluids that were PSA-positive.

The main ingredient in the spray is urine, but it may also contain fluid from Skene’s glands (the female prostate). This is the first report with improved splash visualization.
