The 42-year-old exclusively told the Daily Mail that George also began practising black magic in the bathroom of their home in the final years of his life and was so fascinated by it that he even predicted his own death.

The TV star married their third husband George in September 2014 and they welcomed a daughter, DJ, now 8.

But George’s mental health deteriorated in the years leading up to his death, with Kerry calling him a “very, very poor man”.

George died on July 6, 2019 at the age of 39 after ingesting “a large amount of cocaine” at a Holiday Inn hotel in Runcorn, Cheshire. They are estranged at this point.

The NHS describes “a condition that causes temporary weakness or paralysis of the muscles on one side of the face”.

She said: “After George got hooked on the occult, all these flies started showing up in the bathroom. I had to suck them all dry, but I went back and they all came back. It was weird.

“We have a paranormal investigation team because this kind of thing happens all the time. It’s crazy, they have a ghost box, which means ghosts can talk to you.

“They said it had this effect on George’s face [gives him Bell’s palsy] and he said he wanted us to leave his house. It was fucking insane.

Kerry said she believes in the paranormal.
