He then filed the fraud case of 26 crores against the pair. He sued them in court and the court even sent summon to the actress.

The producer and his wife have decided that they will face the complete matter legally and filed the case against Jeevitha Rajasekhar and her husband. Some of the netizens are saying that they won’t make any kind of statement before analyzing the complete matter.

In addition to this, the proceeding has been started by the Nagari court and a non-bailable warrant has been issued against Jeevitha and Rajashekar. After that, the accused couple come along with a request and their lawyer urged the court to schedule the hearing in the month of May as the husband of Jeevitha is suffering from a brief illness.
