On this Wednesday three bench of the Supreme Court, led by Justice Ijazul Ahsan, heard Coustoms’ plea to add Hluskova’s name to the stop list’ for her involvement in a heroin smuggling case although she had been acquitted by the Lahore High Court (LHC) due to insufficient evidence against her.

The Supreme court of Pakistan has not gotten sufficient evidence to prove the model accused was involved in the supply of heroin in Pakistan. After hearing the petition, Justice Ijazul Ahsan, asked if Customs had sent the samples of heroin that were recovered from Hluskova to the lab as the law.

When justice Ijazul Ahsan asked if samples of heroin were recovered from Hluskova to the lab according to the law. So in the reply to the justice Ijazul’s lawyer said ‘the trial court had declared the dispatch of the samples lawful” and requested the court to once again bar the model from traveling abroad. But no reason worked for the case of the Pakistani model. Now The Supreme Court of Pakistan has dismissed the appeal by Pakistan Customs to stop the Czech model, Tereza Hluskova, from leaving the Country. This case was pending for a long time in Pakistan but now it has gone to its conclusion.
