What is Wordle Word Game? How to Play Wordle Online!
The internet has been taken over by “Wordle,” a game similar to Tetris. It’s made up of yellow, green, and grey boxes organized in a six-row, five-column grid. The daily word game has gone viral on Twitter.
It continues to attract internet players. Wordle was designed by a software engineer in New York. The game was created by Josh Wardle for his girlfriend Palak Shah, who enjoys word games. Wordle was a family favourite for months after the two played it together.
Wardle went on to share the game with the rest of the world after obtaining a lot of positive feedback. Wordle was made available to the public in October. Despite the fact that there were only 90 players on November 1, 2022, the game had grown to nearly 300,000 players by January 2, 2022.

How Does It Work?
The game has been played once a day. There is no need to download their own software. Wordle can be played in the browser by those who are eager. Furthermore, there is no cost to participate. which challenges players to predict a five-letter phrase in a similar manner to the guess-the-color game Mastermind, has seen a meteoric rise. After guessing a five-letter word, the game will inform you if any of your letters are in the hidden word and where they go. You’ve got six chances to get it right.
When a tile turns green, it indicates that the correct letter or word has been entered. A yellow box indicates that the letter typed in is correct but in the improper location.
A gray tile shows that the gamer merely typed in the incorrect letter. As previously noted, each user is given six chances to guess the proper words. Hints can also be used to arrive at an accurate approximation.
Because Wordle was created specifically for Wardle and Shah, the original design lacked many of the growth-hacking features that are now practically standard in games. Other games send reminders to your phone in the hopes that you’ll return throughout the day, but Wordle isn’t looking for a long-term connection.
