Clenney is seen in only a bra and underpants, covered in blood, in shaky cellphone footage shared by TMZ and recorded from a nearby building. Her hands are cuffed behind her back while she speaks with cops.

While police and prosecutors investigate the matter, the Michigan native, who was hospitalized for a psych assessment, has yet to be charged. “Mr. Obumseli and the female were both involved in a violent altercation, according to the preliminary investigation,” Miami police stated in a statement.

“We ask that the community and Christian’s family let the police and the state perform its independent investigation of the events while Courtney struggles with the anguish of being a survivor of domestic violence and the repercussions of the events that evening,”

Further, he added, “This is a tragedy for everyone involved, but it was not criminal behavior; Courtney was defending herself, and the investigation will show that.”
